    Terms & Conditions for “Blockbuster Aashiyana x Croma Deal”

    • The offer Blockbuster Aashiyana x Croma Deal (“Offer”) shall be valid from 10th Sep 2025 to 30th Sep 2025 (“Offer Period”). 
    • 200 lucky customers, purchasing products worth more than Rs 95,000 (Rupees Ninety Five Thousand Only), under a single transaction from https://aashiyana.tatasteel.com (“Platform”), selected randomly, during the Offer Period, shall each receive Croma vouchers worth Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) (“Offer Prize”). 
    • A customer shall be eligible for the Offer Prize upon fulfilling the conditions contained hereinabove, as well as the following conditions: a. Customer should not be an employee of Tata Steel Limited; and b. Customer should be a citizen of India and should have attained the age of 18 years.
    • Under the Offer Prize, customers shall be eligible to receive discounts up to Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only), on purchase of selected products, provided the total value of such purchases is Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) or more. The offer is valid for purchases made through Croma’s online and offline channels. 
    • Each customer may make multiple purchases from the Platform during the Offer Period, and register all the orders for the Offer, for the purpose of enhancing his/her chances of winning the Offer Prize. However, each customer during the Offer Period, shall be eligible to receive the Offer Prize only once, even if multiple purchases have been made during the Offer Period.
    • Orders which are cancelled and/or for which payments have not been received by the Platform in advance, shall not be eligible to participate in the Offer.
    • All customers across the geographical territory of India shall be eligible to participate in the Offer baring the customer from the state of Tamil Nadu in compliance with the Tamil Nadu Prize Scheme (Prohibition) Act of 1979. The delivery location of the order being placed during the Offer Period for the purpose of registering for the Offer, shall be within the geographical boundaries of India, except the state of Tamil Nadu. 
    • Platform shall make necessary endeavours to send the Offer Prize to the winners of the Offer within 30 (Thirty) working days from the date of expiry of the Offer Period. However, Platform reserves the right to extend such timeline and incorporate additional conditions during such extended time period without providing any notice. 
    • The Offer Prize. i.e. Croma voucher, shall be valid for a period of 90 days from the date on which the Offer Prize has been issued by Croma. The date of issuance of the Offer Prize shall be specified at the time of sharing the Offer Prize. 
    • The winners only shall be informed about the results of the Offer over WhatsApp, as per the WhatsApp contact details made available with the Platform by the customer. The WhatsApp number provided must be registered in the name of the winner. The Platform reserves the right to verify ownership of the WhatsApp number before awarding the prize. 
    • A winner cannot assign and/or transfer and/or exchange their respective Offer Prize and shall be responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and payment of taxes and fees associated with them, if any.
    • The winners of the Offer Prize shall be solely responsible to redeem the Offer Prize as per the terms and conditions of the Offer Prize i.e. the terms and conditions of the Croma voucher.
    • This Offer cannot be combined with any other contest and/or programs and/or offers available on the Platform. 
    • The Offer Prize cannot be changed with any other product and/or redeemed in lieu of cash. The Platform reserves the right to replace the Offer Prize with a similar item of equal value. 
    • The customer by participating in this Offer, agrees to have given consent/permission to the Platform to contact them through call and/or SMS and/or email and/or any messaging platform such as WhatsApp for the purpose of sharing the results of the Offer, details of the Offer Prize and/or use their contact details to send out any details of upcoming offer/contest and/or advertising communications relating to any products marketed, distributed and/or supplied on the Platform. 
    • The Platform may publish the name and location of the participants of the Offer and/or winners of the Offer on its social media accounts for promotional purposes. The customer by participating in the Offer, agrees to have given consent/permission to the Platform to publish his/her name and location on Platform’s social media accounts for promotional purposes.
    • The Platform reserves the right to revoke participation of a customer in the Offer on grounds of suspected fraudulent activity on the Platform by the customer and/or violation of the terms and conditions of the Offer and/or the Platform.
    • The Platform does not provide any warranty and/or guarantee regarding the Offer Prize which are provided by Croma and customers use of the Offer Prize shall be governed by the respective terms and conditions of Croma voucher.
    • The Platform shall not be held liable for any cost, charges and claims which is suffered by the customer due to its participation in the Offer and/or use of the Offer Prize under any circumstances whatsoever.
    • This Offer shall be governed, construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India and the courts in Kolkata shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising out of these terms and conditions. 
    • The customer agrees to be bound by and abide by the terms and conditions herein and the policies of the Platform.
    • The customer’s participation in the Offer is voluntary and by participating in the Offer, the customer shall be deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally accepted the terms and conditions of the Offer contained herein.
    • In the event of any conflict or inconsistency regarding any terms and conditions contained herein with any terms and conditions contained in any other material including but not limited to advertising material, promotional material, communication, document, etc., relating to the Offer, the terms and conditions contained herein shall prevail. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions contained herein relating to the redemption of the Croma voucher (Offer Prize) and Croma’s terms with regards to redemption of any voucher, the terms and conditions contained in Croma’s terms for redemption of any voucher shall prevail.
    • Platform shall not be liable for delay or non-performance of any of its obligation under these terms and conditions in case of happening of a force majeure event which includes but is not limited to earthquake, storms, fires, floods, pandemic, epidemic, endemic, lockdowns, lockouts, strikes, any acts of god, sanctions, embargos, restrictions imposed by government, any change in laws, wars (whether declared or un-declared), insurgencies, militancy, civil commotion, civil unrest, nuclear disaster, acts of third parties, breakdown of factory, breakdown of servers, breakdown of internet service, computer virus attack, hacking, malware and spam ware attack, change in applicable laws, any order passed by a court/tribunal/government authority, etc. 
    • Failure by the Platform to enforce any of its right at any stage shall not constitute a waiver of those rights by the Platform.
    • In the event that the Offer is declared illegal under any applicable laws or by any order passed by a court/tribunal/government authority, then the Platform shall not be liable to provide the Offer Prize to the customers.
    • The decision of the Platform on all aspects including with regards to administering the Offer shall be final and binding on the customer.
    • The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to technical issues, fraud, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the Platform shall not be liable to any customer or third party.
