1.     The offer One Nation One Aashiyana (“Offer”) shall begin on 10^th         January 2026 and end on 16^th January 2026 (“Offer Period”).

2.     750 lucky customers, purchasing selected products worth Rs. 90,000/- (Rupees Ninety Thousand Only) or more, from https://aashiyana.tatasteel.com (“Platform”), during the Offer Period, shall each receive Amazon vouchers worth Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) (“Offer Prize”).   

3.     A customer shall be eligible for the Offer Prize only upon fulfilling the conditions contained hereinabove as well as the following conditions:  

a.      Customer should not be an employee of Tata Steel Limited.  

b.     Customer should be a citizen of India and should have attained the age of 18 years.

c.      Customer should not have purchased any products from the Platform between the period 01^st April 2025 to 09^th January 2026.

4.     Customers may make multiple purchases during the Offer Period for the purpose of achieving the minimum purchase requirement of Rs. 90,000/- (Rupees Ninety Thousand Only), as mentioned hereinabove.  

5.     Each customer shall be eligible to receive the Offer Prize only once during the Offer Period, even if multiple purchases have been made during the Offer Period.  

6.     Transactions which are cancelled and/or for which payments have not been received by the Platform in advance, shall not be eligible to receive Offer Prize.  

7.     A transaction under these terms and conditions refers to the act of purchasing selected products from the Platform.

8.     All customers across the geographical territory of India shall be eligible to participate in the offers and eligible to receive the Offer Prize. However, the customer from the state of Tamil Nadu will not be eligible for the  Offer Prize in compliance with the Tamil Nadu Prize Scheme (Prohibition) Act of 1979. The delivery location of any order being placed for the purpose of registering for the Offer, shall be within the geographical boundaries of India, except the state of Tamil Nadu.    

9.     Platform shall make necessary endeavours to send the Offer Prize to the winners of the Offer, within 30 (Thirty) working days from the date of expiry of the Offer Period. However, Platform reserves the right to extend such timeline and incorporate additional conditions during such extended time period without notice.

10.  Only the winners of the Offer only shall be informed about the results of the Offer.

11.  The winners of the Offer shall be contacted by the Platform on the phone number registered with the Platform, for the purpose of obtaining a WhatsApp phone number to share the Offer Prize.

12.  The Offer Prize shall be shared with the winners through the WhatsApp numbers provided by the customers.   

13.  In the event the winning customers could not be reached/contacted due to any reason, the Platform may endeavour to send the Offer Prize through WhatsApp on the phone number registered with the Platform.  

14.  In the event the phone number registered on the Platform is not available on WhatsApp and/or the phone number provided by the winning customer is not registered on WhatsApp and/or the Offer Prize sent over WhatsApp remain undelivered, the Platform reserves the right to revoke the customer’s prizes and deal with the same as per its own discretion.    

15.  A winner shall be responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and payment of taxes and fees associated with Offer Prize, if any.

16.  The winners shall be solely responsible to redeem the Offer Prize as per the terms and conditions of the Offer Prize i.e., the terms and conditions of the Amazon voucher.  

17.  The Offer herein cannot be combined with any other existing contest and/or offers on the Platform.

18.  The Offer Prize cannot be changed with any other product and/or redeemed in lieu of cash. The Platform reserves the right to replace the Offer Prize with similar items of equal value.

19.  The customer by participating in the Offer, agrees to have given consent/permission to the Platform to contact them through call and/or SMS and/or email and/or any messaging platform for the purpose of sharing the results of the offers herein, details of the Offer Prize and/or use their contact details to send out any details of upcoming offer and/or advertising communications relating to any products marketed, distributed and/or supplied on  the Platform.

20.  The Platform reserves the right to revoke participation of a customer in the Offer on grounds of suspected fraudulent activity on the Platform by the customer and/or violation of the terms and conditions of the Offer and/or the Platform.

21.  The Platform does not provide any warranty and/or guarantee regarding the Offer Prize, which is provided by third party vendors and customer’s use of the Offer Prize shall be governed by the respective terms and conditions of such third-party vendors.

22.  The Platform shall not be held liable for any cost, charges and claims which is suffered by the customer due to its participation in the Offer herein and/or use of the Offer Prize under any circumstances whatsoever.

23.  The Offer herein shall be governed, construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India and the courts in Kolkata shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising out of these terms and conditions.

24.  The customer agrees to be bound by and abide by the terms and conditions contained herein and policies of the Platform.

25.  The customer’s participation in the Offer herein is voluntary and by participating in the Offer, the customer shall be deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally accepted the terms and conditions of the Offer contained herein.

26.  In the event of any conflict or inconsistency regarding any terms and conditions contained herein with any terms and conditions contained in any other material including but not limited to advertising material, promotional material, communication, document, etc., relating to the Offer herein, the terms and conditions contained herein shall prevail.

27.  Platform shall not be liable for delay or non-performance of any of its obligation under  in case of happening of a force majeure event which includes but is not limited to earthquake, storms, fires, floods, pandemic, epidemic, endemic, lockdowns, lockouts, strikes, any acts of god, sanctions, embargos, restrictions imposed by government, any change in laws, wars (whether declared or un-declared), insurgencies, militancy, civil commotion, civil unrest, nuclear disaster, acts of third parties, breakdown of factory, breakdown of servers, breakdown of internet services, computer virus attack, hacking, malware and spam ware attack, change in applicable laws of the land, any direction passed by a court/tribunal/government authority, etc. If the force majeure event continues for a period exceeding 30 (thirty) days, the Platform reserves the right to cancel or modify the Offer and/or any offer herein without any liability.   

28.  Failure by the Platform to enforce any of its rights at any stage shall not constitute a waiver of those rights by the Platform.

29.  In the event that the Offer herein is declared illegal under any applicable laws, or by an order passed by a court/tribunal/government authority, then the Platform shall not be liable to provide the Offer Prize to any customers.

30.  The decision of the Platform on all aspects including with regards to administering the Offer shall be final and binding on the customers.

31.  The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice and the Platform shall not be liable to any customer or third party for any losses.

32.  All terms and conditions contained herein shall be applicable only on the Offer and shall not be applicable on any other offers/schemes/programs available on the Platform.
