    Terms & Conditions for “Aashiyana High Five Festival Offer”

    1. Program:

      • The program Aashiyana High Five Festival Offer (“Program”) shall begin on 15th September, 2025 and end on 19th September, 2025 (“Program Period”). 
      • During the Program Period, multiple unique offers shall be run on https://aashiyana.tatasteel.com/in/en.html (“Platform”).

    2.  Offers and Offer Validity Period: 

      •  Monday Marvels – Offer valid only on 15th September 2025.
      • Tuesday Toppers – Offer valid only on 16th September 2025. 
      • Wednesday Wonders – Offer valid only on 17th September 2025. 
      • Thursday Thunders – Offer valid only on 18th September 2025.
      • Friday Fantastic – Offer valid only on 19th September 2025.

    3. Offer Participation and Prize:

      1. Monday Marvels –

        • . Offer Prize - 60 (Sixty) lucky customers, purchasing selected products worth more than Rs. 90,000/- (Rupees Ninety Thousand Only), under a single transaction from the Platform, on 15th September 2025, shall each receive Amazon vouchers worth Rs 1000(Rupees Thousand Only). 
        • Bumper Prize - 1 (One) lucky customer, purchasing selected products worth more than Rs. 1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand Only), on 15th September 2025, under a single transaction from the Platform, shall receive 1 (one) Vivo Smartphone, the price of which shall not be more than Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only).

      2. Tuesday Toppers –

        • Offer Prize - 55 (Fifty-five) lucky customers, purchasing selected products worth more than Rs. 90,000/- (Rupees Ninety Thousand Only), under a single transaction from the Platform, on 16th September 2025, shall each receive Amazon vouchers worth Rs 1000(Rupees Thousand Only).
        • Bumper Prize - 1 (One) lucky customer, purchasing selected products worth more than Rs. 1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand Only), on 16th September 2025, under a single transaction from the Platform, shall receive 1 (one) Samsung Tv 32 inch, the price of which shall not be more than Rs.20,000./- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only). 

      3.  Wednesday Wonders –

        • Offer Prize -50 (Fifty) lucky customers, purchasing selected products worth more than Rs. 90,000/- (Rupees Ninety Thousand Only), under a single transaction from the Platform, on 17th September 2025, shall each receive Amazon vouchers worth Rs 1000(Rupees Thousand Only). 
        • Bumper Prize - 1 (One) lucky customer, purchasing selected products worth more than Rs. 1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand Only), on 17th September 2025, under a single transaction from the Platform, shall receive 1 (one) Samsung Washing machine, the price of which shall not be more than Rs. 15,000./- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only). 

      4. Thursday Thunders –

        • Offer Prize -45 (Forty- Five) lucky customers, purchasing selected products worth more than Rs. 90,000/- (Rupees Ninety Thousand Only), under a single transaction from the Platform, on 18th September 2025, shall each receive Amazon vouchers worth Rs 1000(Rupees Thousand Only).
        • Bumper Prize - 1 (One) lucky customer, purchasing selected products worth more than Rs. 1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand Only), on 18th September 2025, under a single transaction from the Platform, shall receive 1 (one) Samsung Oven, the price of which shall not be more than Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only).

        Friday Fantastic –

        • Offer Prize - 40 (Forty) lucky customers, purchasing selected products worth more than Rs. 90,000/- (Rupees Ninety Thousand Only), under a single transaction from the Platform, on 19th September 2025, shall each receive Amazon vouchers worth Rs 1000(Rupees Thousand Only).
        • Bumper Prize - 1 (One) lucky customer, purchasing selected products worth more than Rs. 1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand Only), on 19th September 2025, under a single transaction from the Platform, shall receive 1 (one) Boat Speaker, the price of which shall not be more than Rs. 5000/- (Rupees Five thousand Only). 
    4.  

      Other Terms and Conditions:

    •  A customer shall be eligible for the Offer Prize and/or the Bumper Prize upon fulfilling the conditions contained hereinabove as well as the following conditions: 
    • i. Customer should not be an employee of Tata Steel Limited.
    •  ii. Customer should be a citizen of India and should have attained the age of 18 years. 
    • Each customer shall be eligible to receive the Offer Prize or the Bumper Prize only once during the Program Period, even if multiple purchases have been made under various offers herein. Customers may make multiple purchases under multiple offers herein in order to increase their chances of winning either the Offer Prize or the Bumper Prize. 
    • No customer shall receive both the Offer Prize and the Bumper Prize. 
    • Transactions which are cancelled and/or for which payments have not been received by the Platform in advance, shall not be eligible to receive any prize hereunder. 
    • A transaction under these terms and conditions refers to the act of purchasing selected products from the Platform. 
    • All customers across the geographical territory of India shall be eligible to participate in the offers herein baring the customer from the state of Tamil Nadu in compliance with the Tamil Nadu Prize Scheme (Prohibition) Act of 1979. The delivery location of the order being placed for the purpose of registering for the offers herein, shall be within the geographical boundaries of India, except the state of Tamil Nadu. 
    • Platform shall make necessary endeavours to send the Offer Prize and the Bumper Prize to the winners of the offers herein, within 30 (Thirty) working days from the date of expiry of the Program Period. However, Platform reserves the right to extend such timeline and incorporate additional conditions during such extended time period without notice. 
    • The winners only shall be informed about the results of the offer herein, over their phone number, as per the contact details made available with the Platform by the customer. 
    • A winner cannot assign and/or transfer and/or exchange their respective Offer Prize or Bumper Prize and shall be responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and payment of taxes and fees associated with them, if any. 
    • The winners shall be solely responsible to redeem the Offer Prize as per the terms and conditions of the Offer Prize i.e. the terms and conditions of the Amazon voucher. 
    • The offers herein herein cannot be combined with any other existing contest and/or programs and/or offers on the Platform.
    • The Offer Prize or the Bumper Prize cannot be changed with any other product and/or redeemed in lieu of cash. The Platform reserves the right to replace the Offer Prize and Bumper Prize with similar items of equal value.
    • The customer by participating in the offers herein, agrees to have given consent/permission to the Platform to contact them through call and/or SMS and/or email and/or any messaging platform for the purpose of sharing the results of the offers herein, details of the Offer Prize and the Bumper Prize and/or use their contact details to send out any details of upcoming offer and/or advertising communications relating to any products marketed, distributed and/or supplied on the Platform. 
    • The Platform may publish the name and location of the participants of the offers herein and/or winners of the offers herein on its social media accounts for promotional purposes. The customer by participating in the offers herein, agrees to have given consent/permission to the Platform to publish his/her name and location on Platform’s social media accounts for promotional purposes. 
    • The Platform reserves the right to revoke participation of a customer in the offers herein on grounds of suspected fraudulent activity on the Platform by the customer and/or violation of the terms and conditions of the offers herein and/or the Platform. 
    • The Platform does not provide any warranty and/or guarantee regarding the Offer Prize and the Bumper Prize, which are provided by third party vendors and customer’s use of the Offer Prize and Bumper Prize shall be governed by the respective terms and conditions of such third-party vendors. 
    • The Platform shall not be held liable for any cost, charges and claims which is suffered by the customer due to its participation in any of the offers herein and/or use of the Offer Prize or the Bumper Prize under any circumstances whatsoever. 
    • The offers herein shall be governed, construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India and the courts in Kolkata shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising out of these terms and conditions. 
    • The customer agrees to be bound by and abide by the terms and conditions contained herein and policies of the Platform. 
    • The customer’s participation in any of the offers herein is voluntary and by participating in the offer, the customer shall be deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally accepted the terms and conditions of the respective offer contained herein. 
    • In the event of any conflict or inconsistency regarding any terms and conditions contained herein with any terms and conditions contained in any other material including but not limited to advertising material, promotional material, communication, document, etc., relating to any of the offers herein, the terms and conditions contained herein shall prevail. 
    • Platform shall not be liable for delay or non-performance of any of its obligation under in case of happening of a force majeure event which includes but is not limited to earthquake, storms, fires, floods, pandemic, epidemic, endemic, lockdowns, lockouts, strikes, any acts of god, sanctions, embargos, restrictions imposed by government, any change in laws, wars (whether declared or un-declared), insurgencies, militancy, civil commotion, civil unrest, nuclear disaster, acts of third parties, breakdown of factory, breakdown of servers, breakdown of internet services, computer virus attack, hacking, malware and spam ware attack, change in applicable laws of the land, any direction passed by a court/tribunal/government authority, etc. If the force majeure event continues for a period exceeding 30 (thirty) days, the Platform reserves the right to cancel or modify the Program and/or any offer herein without any liability. 
    • Failure by the Platform to enforce any of its right at any stage shall not constitute a waiver of those rights by the Platform. 
    • In the event that the Program and/or any offer herein is declared illegal under any applicable laws, or by an order passed by a court/tribunal/government authority, then the Platform shall not be liable to provide the Offer Prize or the Bumper Prize to the customers. 
    • The decision of the Platform on all aspects including with regards to administering the Program and/or offer shall be final and binding on the customers. 
    • The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program and/or any offer herein at any time without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to technical issues, fraud, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the Platform shall not be liable to any customer or third party. 
    • All terms and conditions contained herein shall be applicable only on the offers being run under the Program and shall not be applicable on any other offers/schemes/programs available on the Platform.
