    Terms & Conditions for “Aashiyana Jackpot Days Sales Program”

    1. Program: 
    • The program Aashiyana Jackpot Days Sales Program (“Program”) shall begin on 19th February, 2026 and end on 20th February, 2026 (“Program Period”). 
    • During the Program Period, multiple unique offers shall be run on “https://aashiyana.tatasteel.com/new/in/en.html” (“Platform”). 
    1. Offers and Offer Validity Period:
    • Super Thursday Offer – Offer valid on 19th February, 2026 between 11:00 am to 05:00 pm.
    • Super Friday Offer – Offer valid on 20th February, 2026 between 11:00 am to 05:00 pm. 
    1. Offer Participation and Prize: 
    • Super Thursday Offer – 
    • Offer Prize – First 30 (Thirty) customers, purchasing selected products worth equal to and/or more than Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only), under a single transaction from the Platform, during the offer validity period mentioned hereinabove, shall each receive Amazon vouchers worth Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only). 
    • Super Prize – First 50 (Fifty) customers, purchasing selected products worth equal to and/or more than Rs. 90,000/- (Rupees Ninety Thousand Only), under a single transaction from the Platform, during the offer validity period mentioned hereinabove, shall each receive Amazon vouchers worth Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only). 
    • Bumper Prize - 1 (One) lucky customer, purchasing selected products worth more than Rs. 1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand Only), under a single transaction from the Platform, during the offer validity period mentioned hereinabove, shall receive 1 (one) Gold Coin weighing not more than 1-gram. 
    • Super Friday Offer – 
    • Offer Prize – First 30 (Thirty) customers, purchasing selected products worth equal to and/or more than Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only), under a single transaction from the Platform, during the offer validity period mentioned hereinabove, shall each receive Amazon vouchers worth Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only). 
    • Super Prize – First 50 (Fifty) customers, purchasing selected products worth equal to and/or more than Rs. 90,000/- (Rupees Ninety Thousand Only), under a single transaction from the Platform, during the offer validity period mentioned hereinabove, shall each receive Amazon vouchers worth Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only). 
    • Bumper Prize - 1 (One) lucky customer, purchasing selected products worth more than Rs. 1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand Only), under a single transaction from the Platform, during the offer validity period mentioned hereinabove, shall receive 1 (one) Gold Coin weighing not more than 1-gram.
    • Other Terms and Conditions:
    • A customer shall be eligible for the Offer Prize, Super Prize, Bumper Prize only upon fulfilling the conditions contained hereinabove as well as the following conditions: 
    • i. Customer should not be an employee of Tata Steel Limited. 
    • ii.Customer should be a citizen of India and should have attained the age of 18 years. 
    • iii. The Platform registration phone number should match with the phone number provided by the customer along with the shipping address, mentioned at the time of placing the order for participating in the offers. 
    • b) Each customer shall be eligible to receive either the Offer Prize or the Super Prize or the Bumper Prize, only once during the offer period, even if multiple purchases have been made during the offer period. No customer shall be eligible to receive more than one type of prize.
    •  c) Transactions which are cancelled and/or for which payments have not been received by the Platform in advance, shall not be eligible to receive the Offer Prize or the Super Prize or the Bumper Prize. 
    • d) A transaction under these terms and conditions refers to the act of purchasing selected products from the Platform during the offer period.
    •  e) All customers across the geographical territory of India shall be eligible to participate in the offers and eligible to receive the Offer Prize or the Super Prize.
    •  f) All customers across the geographical territory of India shall be eligible to participate in the offers and eligible to receive the Bumper Prize, except the customers from the state of Tamil Nadu, in compliance with the Tamil Nadu Prize Scheme (Prohibition) Act of 1979. The delivery location of any order being placed for the purpose of winning the Bumper Prize, shall be within the geographical boundaries of India, except the state of Tamil Nadu. 
    • g) Platform shall make necessary endeavours to send the Offer Prize or the Super Prize or the Bumper Prize to the winners of the offers, within 30 (Thirty) working days from the date of expiry of the offer period. However, Platform reserves the right to extend such timeline and incorporate additional conditions during such extended time period without notice. 
    • h) Only the winners of the offer shall be informed about the results of the offer.
    •  i) The winners of the Offer Prize and the Super Prize shall be contacted by the Platform on the phone number registered with the Platform, for the purpose of obtaining a WhatsApp phone number to share the Offer Prize and the Super Prize.
    •  j) The Offer Prize and the Super Prize shall be shared with the winners through the WhatsApp numbers provided by the customers. 
    • k) In the event the winning customers could not be reached/contacted due to any reason, the Platform may endeavour to send the Offer Prize and the Super Prize through WhatsApp on the phone number registered with the Platform.
    •  l) In the event the phone number registered on the Platform is not available on WhatsApp and/or the phone number provided by the winning customer is not registered on WhatsApp and/or the Offer Prize and Super Prize sent over WhatsApp remain undelivered, the Platform reserves the right to revoke the customer’s prizes and deal with the same as per its own discretion, including assigning the prize to any other eligible customer. 
    • m) The winners of the Bumper Prize shall be contacted by the Platform on the phone number registered with the Platform, for the purpose of obtaining the delivery location of the Bumper Prize.
    •  n) In the event the Bumper Prize winner cannot be contacted on the phone number registered on the Platform due to reasons including but not limited to unreachable phone no. and/or wrong/invalid phone no. and/or non-receiving of the phone call, etc., the Platform reserves the right to revoke the customer’s prizes and deal with the same as per its own discretion, including assigning the Bumper Prize to any other eligible customer. 
    • o) Winners of the Bumper Prize shall sign a “Gift Acknowledgement and Acceptance Form” at the time of taking delivery of the Bumper Prize. No Bumper Prize shall be handed over to the winner unless the “Gift Acknowledgement and Acceptance Form” has been signed and handed over to the representatives of the Platform by the customer. 
    • p) A winner shall be responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and payment of taxes and fees associated with Offer Prize or the Super Prize or the Bumper Prize, if any. 
    • q) The winners shall be solely responsible to redeem the Offer Prize and the Super Prize as per the terms and conditions of the Offer Prize and the Super Prize i.e., the terms and conditions of the Amazon voucher. 
    • r) The offer herein cannot be combined with any other existing contest and/or offers and/or programs on the Platform. 
    • s) The Offer Prize or the Super Prize or the Bumper Prize cannot be changed with any other product and/or redeemed in lieu of cash. The Platform reserves the right to replace the Offer Prize or the Super Prize or the Bumper Prize with similar items of equal value.
    •  t) The Platform reserves the right to revoke participation of a customer in the offer on grounds of suspected fraudulent activity on the Platform by the customer and/or violation of the terms and conditions of the offer and/or the Platform.
    •  u) The Platform does not provide any warranty and/or guarantee regarding the Offer Prize or the Super Prize or the Bumper Prize, which is provided by third party vendors and customers’ use of the Offer Prize or the Super Prize or the Bumper Prize shall be governed by the respective terms and conditions of such third-party vendors. 
    • v) The Platform shall not be held liable for any cost, charges and claims which is suffered by the customer due to its participation in the offer herein and/or use of the Offer Prize or the Super Prize or the Bumper Prize under any circumstances whatsoever. 
    • w) The offer herein shall be governed, construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India and the courts in Kolkata shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising out of these terms and conditions. 
    • x) The customer agrees to be bound by and abide by the terms and conditions contained herein and policies of the Platform. 
    • y) The customer’s participation in the offer herein is voluntary and by participating in the offer, the customer shall be deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally accepted the terms and conditions of the offer contained herein. 
    • z) In the event of any conflict or inconsistency regarding any terms and conditions contained herein with any terms and conditions contained in any other material including but not limited to advertising material, promotional material, communication, document, etc., relating to the offer herein, the terms and conditions contained herein shall prevail. 
    • aa) Platform shall not be liable for delay or non-performance of any of its obligation under in case of happening of a force majeure event which includes but is not limited to earthquake, storms, fires, floods, pandemic, epidemic, endemic, lockdowns, lockouts, strikes, any acts of god, sanctions, embargos, restrictions imposed by government, any change in laws, wars (whether declared or un-declared), insurgencies, militancy, civil commotion, civil unrest, nuclear disaster, acts of third parties, breakdown of factory, breakdown of servers, breakdown of internet services, computer virus attack, hacking, malware and spam ware attack, change in applicable laws of the land, any direction passed by a court/tribunal/government authority, etc. If the force majeure event continues for a period exceeding 30 (thirty) days, the Platform reserves the right to cancel or modify the offer and/or any offer herein without any liability. 
    • bb) Failure by the Platform to enforce any of its rights at any stage shall not constitute a waiver of those rights by the Platform. 
    • cc) In the event that the Program herein is declared illegal under any applicable laws, or by an order passed by a court/tribunal/government authority, then the Platform shall not be liable to provide the Offer Prize or the Super Prize or the Bumper Prize to any customers. 
    • dd) The decision of the Platform on all aspects including with regards to administering the Program shall be final and binding on the customers. 
    • ee) The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice and the Platform shall not be liable to any customer or third party for any losses. 
    • ff) All terms and conditions contained herein shall be applicable only on the Program contained herein and shall not be applicable on any other offers/schemes/programs available on the Platform.
