Terms and conditions:

This Lucky Draw contest (‘Contest’) conducted by Tata Steel Limited (‘Company’) shall be governed by the following terms and conditions. By participating in this Contest, the Customer is deemed to have agreed to and abide by the same. 

• 1. All customers purchasing products having a order value of more than Rs 1 lakh under a single order from the https://aashiyana.tatasteel.com/in/en.html (“Platform”) during 1st December , 2024 - 31st December , 2024 (‘Contest Period’) shall be eligible to participate in this Contest subject to the fulfilment of the eligibility criteria. 
• 2. The following is the eligibility criteria to be fulfilled for participating in this Contest: • Customer must be above 18 (Eighteen) years of age • Customer must be a citizen of India • Customer should not be an employee of the Company 
• 3. For the purpose of participating in this Contest, only the first order placed by Customer against which complete payment has been made shall be considered by the Company, provided the same is compliance with terms and conditions as mentioned herein. 
• 4. This Contest is valid throughout the India save and except the state of Tamil Nadu. In compliance with the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Prize Scheme (Prohibition) Act, 1979, the residents of Tamil Nadu are not eligible to participate in this Contest. 
• 5. The winners of the Contest shall be communicated by the Company after expiry of the Contest Period. The list of winners shall be selected by the Company on a randomised manner by lucky draw of lot and the Company shall inform the winners on the basis of the contact details provided to the Company. Any decision with respect to the selection of winners by the Company shall be final and binding. 
• 6. The following are list of prizes which shall be provided to the eligible winners: A. Amazon Vouchers • Category 1: 100 lucky Customer purchasing the products worth more than Rs 1 Lakh but not exceeding Rs 2lakhs under a single order, selected by the Company on randomized basis, shall be eligible for an Amazon Voucher worth Rs 1000 each. • Category 2: 100 lucky Customer purchasing the products exceeding Rs 2 lakhs under a single order, selected by the Company on randomized basis, shall be eligible for an Amazon Voucher worth Rs 2000 each. B. Bumper prize Three lucky customer purchasing the products exceeding Rs 2 lakhs under a single order, selected by the Company on randomized basis may each win any one of the following bumper prizes : ▪ Samsung LED 43 inch HD ▪ Samsung Refrigerator 183 L ▪ Samsung Micorwave Oven 21L.
•  7. Customer understands and agrees that merely participating in this Contest does not guarantee and/or should not be construed as a commitment on behalf of the Company to provide the prize. 
• 8. The winners of the prize cannot assign and/or transfer and/or exchange their respective prizes and shall be responsible for compliance with the all applicable laws and payment of taxes and fees associated with the prize (if any). 
• 9. Each eligible winner can only be eligible for the prize once and shall solely be responsible to redeem the prize as per its terms and condition. 
• 10. Each eligible winner who wins any prize during the contest period shall not be eligible to win any further prizes under the Contest. 
• 11. The Contest cannot be combined with any other contest, programs and/or offer from the Company, subsisting or announced at the same time and/or on a future date by the Company. 
• 12. The prize cannot be changed with any other product and/or redeemed in lieu of cash. The Company reserves the right to replace the prize with a similar item of equal value in case of unavailability. 
• 13. The Company reserves the right to extend and/or, withdraw, discontinue the Contest and/or modify all or any of the terms of this Contest without giving prior notice and Company shall not be liable for any consequential losses/damages. 
• 14. The Customer by participating in the Contest, agrees to have given permission to the Company to contact them through call and/or SMS and/or email and/or any messaging platform such as WhatsApp for the purpose of announcing them as winners of the Contest and/or use their contact details to send out any promotional and/or advertising communications relating to any products marketed, distributed and/or supplied by the Company. 
• 15. The Company reserves the right to revoke participation in the Contest on grounds of suspected fraudulent activity on the Platform by the customer and/or violation of the terms and conditions. 
• 16. The actual product provided as a bumper prize may vary from the images shown on the Platform and in advertisements. 
• 17. The Company does not provide any warranty and/or guarantee regarding the prize which are provided by third party vendors and same shall be governed by the respective terms and conditions of such third-party vendors. 
• 18. The Company shall not be held liable for any cost, charges and claims which is suffered by the Customer due to its participation in the Contest and/or use of the Prize under any circumstances whatsoever. 
• 19. This Contest shall be governed, construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India and the courts in Kolkata shall have the jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising out of these terms and Conditions and the Contest. 
• 20. All information provided by the customer for the purpose of participating in the Contest shall be kept strictly confidential by the Company and shall not be disclosed with any other third party apart from those for which consent has been obtained specificall
