Terms & Conditions for “Reward with Re-Shop Program”

• The offer “Reward with Re-Shop Program” (“Offer”) shall be valid from 17 th May 2025 to 31st May 2025 (“Offer Period”).
• 100 lucky random customers shall be eligible to receive Amazon vouchers worth Rs. 1,000 (Rupees One Thousand) (“Offer Prize”) upon fulfilling all the following conditions:
• • Customer must have previously purchased products on https://aashiyana.tatasteel.com/in/en.html (“Platform”) prior to 16th May 2025
• • Customer purchases products worth Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) or more from the Platform within the Offer Period, under a single transaction and payment for the price of the products purchased has to be made 100% in advance to the Platform.
• • Customer should not be an employee of Tata Steel Limited. 
• • Customer should be a citizen of India and should have attained the age of 18 years.
• Each customer may make multiple purchases worth Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) or more and register all the orders for the Offer for the purpose of enhancing his/her chances of winning the Offer Prize. However, each customer during the Offer Period shall be eligible to receive the Offer Prize only once even if multiple purchases have been made during the Offer Period.
• Orders which are cancelled and/or for which payments have not been received by the Platform in advance shall not be eligible to participate in the Offer. 
• All customers across the geographical territory of India shall be eligible to participate in the Offer baring the customer from the state of Tamil Nadu in compliance with the Tamil Nadu Prize Scheme (Prohibition) Act of 1979. The delivery location of the order being placed during the Offer Period for the purpose of registering for the Offer, shall be within the geographical boundaries of India, except the state of Tamil Nadu.
• Platform shall make necessary endeavours to send the Offer Prize to the winners within 30 (Thirty) working days from the date of expiry of the Offer Period. However, Platform reserves the right to extend such timeline and incorporate additional conditions during such extended time period without notice. 
• . The winners only shall be informed about the results of the Offer, as per the contact details made available with the Platform by the customer. 
• A winner cannot assign and/or transfer and/or exchange their respective Offer Prize and shall be responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and payment of taxes and fees associated with them, if any. 
• The winners shall be solely responsible to redeem the Offer Prize as per the terms and conditions of the Offer Prize i.e. the terms and conditions of the Amazon voucher. 
• This Offer cannot be combined with any other contest and/or programs and/or offer on the Platform. 
• The Offer Prize cannot be changed with any other product and/or redeemed in lieu of cash. The Platform reserves the right to replace the Offer Prize with a similar item of equal value.

The customer by participating in this Offer, agrees to have given consent/permission to the Platform to contact them through call and/or SMS and/or email and/or any messaging platform such as WhatsApp for the purpose of sharing the details of the Offer Prize and/or use their contact details to send out any promotional and/or advertising communications relating to any products marketed, distributed and/or supplied by the Platform. 
• ii. The Platform may publish the name and location of the participants and/or winners of the Offer on its social media accounts. The customer by participating in the Offer, agrees to have given consent/permission to the Platform to publish his/her name and location on Platform’s social media accounts.
• The Platform reserves the right to revoke participation in the Offer on grounds of suspected fraudulent activity on the Platform by the customer and/or violation of the terms and conditions. 
• The Platform does not provide any warranty and/or guarantee regarding the Offer Prize which are provided by third party vendors and same shall be governed by the respective terms and conditions of such third-party vendors. 
• The Platform shall not be held liable for any cost, charges and claims which is suffered by the customer due to its participation in the Offer and/or use of the Offer Prize under any circumstances whatsoever.
• This Offer shall be governed, construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India and the courts in Kolkata shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising out of these Terms and Conditions. 
• The Customer agrees to be bound by and abide by the terms and conditions and policies of the Platform. 
• All information provided by the customer for the purpose of participating in the Offer shall be kept strictly confidential by the Platform and shall not be disclosed with any other third party apart from those for which consent has already been obtained under Serial no 12.
• The participation in the Offer is voluntary and by participating in the Offer, the customer shall be deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally accept the terms and conditions of the Offer contained herein.
• In the event of any conflict or inconsistency regarding any terms and conditions contained herein with any terms and conditions contained in any advertising or promotional material relating to the Offer, the terms and conditions contained herein shall prevail.
• Platform shall not be liable for delay or non-performance of any of its obligation under these terms and conditions in case of happening of a force majeure event which includes but is not limited to earthquake, storms, fires, floods, pandemic, epidemic, endemic, any acts of god, sanctions, embargos, restrictions imposed by government, wars (whether declared or un-declared), insurgencies, militancy, civil commotion, civil unrest, nuclear disaster, strikes, breakdown of factory, breakdown of servers, breakdown of internet connection, computer virus attack, hacking, malware and spam ware attack.
• Failure by the Platform to enforce any of its right at any stage shall not constitute a waiver of those rights by the Platform.
• In the event that the Offer is declared illegal under any applicable laws, then the Platform shall not be liable to provide the Offer Prize to the customers.
• The Platform reserves the right to extend and/or, withdraw, discontinue the Offer and/or modify all or any of the terms herein contained without giving prior notice.
